I have a 64 1x4 manifold with a stamped part code 6436572. This came off of my 64 "original" GTO, which carried a correct P/N Carter carb. My problem is that I cannot find a reference to that part code in any Pontiac documentation that I have access to. The listed code for that year's 389 engine is 9770274. To complicate the matter further, I can't find a date code on it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated! |
